Easy Lavender Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 - 224g packages of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Lavender Buds
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
  1. Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe container and heat for 45 second increments until melted, stirring between each heating.
  2. Once chocolate is melted, add the lavender buds
  3. When the lavender buds are well combined, stir in one can of condensed milk followed by the vanilla extract. The vanilla will help the fudge firm up.
  4. Place in an 8x8 baking dish with a layer of wax paper.
  5. Let cool in the fridge for 4-6 hours or over night. Enjoy!

Tips

  • Drizzle a little olive oil on your chocolate chips before melting to help with any chunks.
  • Grind your lavender buds with a tsp of sugar for a more blended lavender flavour
