Lavender Strawberry Popsicles

Makes 8 - 10 popsicles
Lavender and strawberry are a refreshing mix, perfect to cool down on a hot summer’s day. Made with all natural ingredients, no refined sugars, and fresh summer fruit. Fun and easy to make with the whole family and provides a guilt-free treat that welcomes summer into any kitchen.
- 1lb strawberries (if using frozen, defrost until soft)
- 2 tbsp Terre Bleu Lavender Culinary Buds
- 1/4 water
- 2 tbsp Terre Bleu Maple Syrup or Terre Bleu Lavender Honey (optional)
Wash and remove stems from 1lb strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, defrost until soft.
Blend the strawberries, 2 tbsp Terre Bleu Lavender Buds and 1/4 cup water together until smooth. Lavender buds should be finely blended.
If strawberry mixture is too sour, add 2tbsp Terre Bleu Maple Syrup or Terre Bleu Lavender Honey to taste.
In a medium size bowl, combine 500g Greek yogurt and maple syrup or honey.
Pour some of the yogurt mixture into each of the molds. Add the strawberry mixture to the popsicle molds. Alternate the two mixtures until all molds are filled.
Use the popsicle stick to gently stir the two mixtures in the popsicle molds.
Freeze popsicle molds for at least 5 hours.
When ready to eat, run the mold under warm water to loosen popsicles.
