Unplug from technology and tune in to your most authentic self through the practice of yoga, hiking, meditation and creative expression. A retreat designed reset your mind and body and restore energy. Start off the new year with a mindfulness practice to step into the new year with greater peace, ease and clarity.
Our day together will begin with a gentle yoga flow, deep therapeutic stretching and guided breath-work accompanied by live sound healing. We will all meet in shavasana and go through a guided meditation with a lavender essential oil head and neck massage. We will then enjoy a healthy local lunch in a cozy space just two minutes from the studio. Then, join us on a guided walk to the Elora Gorge or spend the break visiting the other boutiques and shops in the area. Upon the return to the studio, there will be creative workshop to enter a meditative flow through craft and tap in to our deeper wishes and desires. Lavender tea and snacks will be served.
No yoga experience necessary!
