Our fields are a spectacular venue for professional and amateur photographers alike. However, in consideration of our visitors and in respect for our farm and home, certain photography guidelines apply. Our lavender farm offers a beautiful and one of a kind setting for personal photography, commercial photography, and filming. We have been featured in various publications and shoots including: Wedding Bells Magazine, LCBO Food and Drink, Our Homes Magazine, the Globe and Mail, The Marilyn Denis Show, as well as various blogs and websites. Our spectacular fields offer a unique location and attracts photographers from around the country.
Permits are required and strictly enforced for all special occasion and/or professional photography sessions including but not limited to: engagement shoots, family portraits, maternity shoots, blog/influencer or fashion shoots, and wedding photos.
Terre Bleu staff reserve the right to determine if your shoot is commercial in nature and may ask the individuals to suspend their photographic activities if they do not have a permit. Photography sessions requiring photo permits are held in the evening, after hours once the farm has closed to the public.
Permits cannot be issued day of and must be purchased in advance.
General admission visitors are welcome to take amateur photos. Only handheld cameras with no other equipment are permitted during public hours. This means no tripods, flash, light shields, umbrellas, props, etc. are permitted during public hours.
Professional and/or special occasion photos (formal photography, wedding, engagement, maternity, family portraits, etc.) are considered commercial and require a photography permit. Terre Bleu staff reserve the right to determine if your shoot is commercial in nature and may ask the individuals to suspend their photographic activities.
Absolutely NO DRONES allowed with out prior consent as well as a permit. Those caught flying a drone with out permission will be asked to forfeit footage and will be asked to leave the property.
