Easy Lavender Fudge
  
Ingredients
- 2 - 224g packages of White Chocolate Chips
 - 1 tbsp Lavender Buds
 - 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
 - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 
- Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe container and heat for 45 second increments until melted, stirring between each heating.
 - Once chocolate is melted, add the lavender buds
 - When the lavender buds are well combined, stir in one can of condensed milk followed by the vanilla extract. The vanilla will help the fudge firm up.
 - Place in an 8x8 baking dish with a layer of wax paper.
 - Let cool in the fridge for 4-6 hours or over night. Enjoy!
 
Tips
- Drizzle a little olive oil on your chocolate chips before melting to help with any chunks.
 - Grind your lavender buds with a tsp of sugar for a more blended lavender flavour
