 SHIPPING POLICIES:

Terre Bleu ships across Canada. All orders placed online at terrebleu.ca are processed within 48 business hours. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping address and size of parcel and will be calculated during checkout. 

Free shipping is valid for Canadian orders over $100 before tax and shipped to Canadian addresses. International shipping costs vary depending on country. 

Important Update: Due to new U.S. tariffs effective August 29, we are temporarily pausing shipments to the United States. We’re working on solutions and hope to resume soon. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions. Thank you for your understanding!

 RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL AND ONLINE PURCHASES:

We do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. 

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
